Weekly CM(*) Planning
AIt’s the weekly planning of the posts on social networks (Facebook groups & pages, Instagram, Twitter…). Do not forget to schedule your posts in the moments of the day where your target is connected. On the Facebook pages you can access to the stats all the info about your target.
Press release ​
The press release is a document you write and send to your press contacts so they can write press articles about your campaign. This document must include 3 paragraphs maximum, where you tell about your project, the goal of your crowdfunding campaign and a call for action to potential contributors/ backers.
Launch SM(**) Post
It is a post where you announce the launch of your crowdfunding campaign. It must include a call for action (Contribute ! Buy ! ) and the link to your project at the crowdfunding platform.
Reminder SM(**) Posts
2 to 3 posts that you need to plan in order to remind your community and invite them to support and spread the word about your campaign. Those posts must include the call for action and the link to your campaign.
SM(**) post last 5 days
It’s the post where you mark the beginning of the last straight line. You can challenge your community here to reach a max of contributions / purchases. Do not forget the call for action and the link to your crowdfunding campaign.
SM(**) Post campaign end
It’s the post where you announce the end of the crowdfunding campaign, and where you thank all the contributors/backers and all the people who supported closely or remotely your project during this period ( a way of retention).
Event
You can plan to organize an event to make some noise around your crowdfunding campaign : open days, Tombola. For this event, it’s great to prepare a first draft of the data sheet : the program, the guests, the place, the communication actions …, It will be enough to readjust and execute what you have planned.

Contributors / buyers list
A detailed listing of your potential contributors classified by circle (check slides 7 & 8). You need also to mention the channel that will allow you to reach them.
Launch email
It is the email where you announce officially the launch of your crowdfunding campaign and where you invite your first circle to contribute/buy and share the info.
Reminder email
It’s a reminder to your potential contributors/buyers to donate/buy. This email is generally lighter than the launch one.
Newsletter
It’s an email you send each week / 10 days to inform your community about the progress of your campaign. You can invite them also to spread the word and share your campaign. You can use mailchimp.com to send newsletters.
Email last 5 days
This is an email where you trigger the start of the second peak (Page 11), and where you announce that it’s the last straight line, and remind people who didn’t contribute/buy yet that is the last chance to do it.
Thank you email
  • If someone contribute with a high amount of money, you can send him him an email in real time to
  • thank him.At the end of the campaign, send an email to all the people who contributed to your campaign by donating/buying or sharing. It’s an effective way to retain those people.
